ጥራት ያለው የድንጋይ ከሰል ምርት

ድርጅታችን ኢቲ ማዕድን ልማት አ.ማ. በዶውሮ ዞን በከሰል ሀብቱ በሚታወቀው በዋነኛነት ሊግናይት(lignite) እና ቢቱሚነስ (bituminous) በመባል የሚታወቁ ከሰል መአድናት ክምችቱ በሚታወቀው አካባቢ ምናገኘውን የከሰል ማእድን በዛው በዳውሮ ከተከልነው የድንጋይ ከሰል ማቀነባበሪያ ፋብሪካችን አቅርቧል፡፡

 በበርካታ ዓመታት ልምድ እና ዘመኑ በደረሰበት የቴክኖሎጂ ልቀት በመታገዝ የሚመረተው የድንጋይ ከሰል ከፍተኛ፣ የማጣራት እና እጥበት ቴክኖሎጂን ከጥብቅ የአመራረት ፍሰት ክትትል ጋርበማጣመር ለገበያ የቀረበ ምርታችን ነው። ከዳውሮ የድንጋይ ከሰል ማቀነባበሪያ ፋብሪካደረጃውን ለጠበቀ የድንጋይ ከሰል ጥራት እኛን ማመን ይችላሉ ስንል ኩራት ይሰማናል። ከፍ ያለ የምርት ደረጃ ለተሰጠው የሰብ-ቢቱሚን የድንጋይ ከሰል ይምረጡን። ጥራት ያላቸውን የድንጋይ ከሰል ምርቶች ለሽያጭ እና ለማከፋፈል በኦቲአር የጭነት መኪናዎች ወደ ኢንዱስትሪ አቅርቦት ጨምሮ እንሰጣለን።

ፋብሪካው በዓመት ከ450,000-500,000 ቶን የታጠበ የድንጋይ ከሰል የማምረት አቅም ከስተማማኝ አቅርቦት ጋር ያለው ሲሆን ይህም ከውጭ የሚገባውን የድንጋይ ከሰል ይተካል።

The Washing Plant Technology

The plant uses a Heavy Media Cyclone coal washing Technology. The crushed coal is sent to a mixing box where the coal gets mixed with the magnetite medium of required specific gravity. The coal plus magnetite from the mixing box will be pumped to the Heavy Media Cyclone by a centrifugal pump. The Heavy Media Cyclones will separate washed/clean coal and rejects by density.

After careful analysis of the raw coal, the washing plant which for ETMDSC is designed to integrates two cleaning circuits that cleans the two size fractions and runs on two-unit operations which are categorized as:

    “coarse” (– 18 + 1 mm): Heavy Medium Cyclone (HMC) and

fine (– 1.0 + 0.1 mm): Spiral. The calorific values (CV), ash content and suitability of the three product categories obtained from the processing of raw coal:
